Do I have to bring the computer to a store?
No. We can meet you or drive to your location, Lemhi and Custer County. Call or text a time that works.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. Diagnosis first. You get a plain-English explanation and a number before repair starts. Parts are quoted before we order them. No surprise bill.
Do you repair laptops and desktops?
Yes. Computer repair covers towers and shop PCs. Laptop repair covers screens, charging, heat, and tune-ups.
Can you build a website?
Yes. Website building is for local shops that need a simple site people can find, plus help keeping it working.
How fast can you look at it?
Call or text a time that works. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm. Saturday is off. Sunday is by appointment. Most computer jobs are days, not weeks.
What if it is not worth fixing?
We will say so. Repair first is the point of this shop. A new computer is the last option, not the first. You decide after you hear the price.
Do you fix phones and tablets?
Not yet. Phone and tablet repair is coming soon. Call anyway if that is the job and we will tell you whether we can take it.
